ASM Senior Engineer, VP

• Senior/Lead engineer responsible for driving the strategical engineering requirements of the Application Security Monitoring Programme that drives the successful transition into the organisations goals, processes and technologies. Adopting values and principles that follow agreed processes and practices to allow ASM team to continually improve their performance and gain automation efficiencies.
• Work includes: Partnering with the Business & Infrastructure areas, building a deep understanding and/or leveraging SME knowledge in order to have a clear understanding of the business outcomes articulate requirements, source and document details on process, metrics and data in order to execute the Programme more efficiently

Your key responsibilities

• Drive the automation initiatives with a vision to be develop realtime availability of Audit evidences with minimal manual interventions
• Drive and contribute to the development of various Data Analytics reporting required for various senior stakeholders
• Monitoring dependencies across various activities in the team to ensure that the IS controls related to the Programme are maintained as expected
• Develop the key knowledge on metrics reporting , calculations, IS control processes
• Drive and document the Audit closures and evidences
• Ensure that the committed ASM compliance is maintained over target by working closely with the CIO divisional Embedded Risk Team members
• Removing blockers to ensure the team is successful and working with divisional Application Teams to ensure successful adoption

Your skills and experience

• Well versed with agile methodologies
• Experienced in Engineering the security solutions especially
• Good technical knowledge of SIEM technologies
• Proven track record of automation of manual processes around Cyber Security
