We Are Looking Accounts & Finance Manager

Job description

- Managing day to day book keeping entries

- Handling day to day banking transactions

- Handle and maintain the daily statutory requirements

- Manage statutory audits independently in IGAAP & INDAS including annual, half yearly and quarterly results.

- Preparation and filing of ITR independently for all group companies

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns ( Monthly & Annual) independently for all group companies

- Handle all audits and inspections of statutory bodies like Income Tax, GST, Etc.

- Handle Income Tax and GST assessments

- Co- ordination with other internal departments for smooth functioning of daily operations.

- Prepare and present MIS, reports, budgets, etc to the management of the company.

- Supervise entire finance and accounts functions for the group companies

- Supervise and handle settlement accounts for broking business.

- Supervise And Handle Hospital Industry

- Audit,Balance Sheet,Tax Audit,MIS

- Accounts Finalisation

- Balance Sheet Finalisation

Required Candidate profile

REQUIREMENTS -

- Min 5-8 years of post qualification experience in finance and accounting

- Qualifications - B Com , M Com , MBA ,Chartered Accountant

- Should have handled Statutory and Internal Audits/Income Tax Matters/GST Matters.

- Preferably from BFSI Industry/ Stock Broking / Hospital /Background is highly preferable
