Job description:
- Knowledge of Windows installation /troubleshooting
- Knowledge of MAC OS installation /troubleshooting
- Good Experience on Desktop/Laptop/iMac hardware troubleshooting
- Hand on Experience of Desktop/iMac software installation e.g. MS office 2019/Office 365/SQL and Adobe products (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign etc) Adobe Creative Cloud / Software Adobe Photoshop CC subscription /Software Adobe Captivate CC subscription / Adobe Indesign CC 19,20,22 / MS Visual Studio Pro
- Hand On Experience on Email Troubleshooting/Configuration on Exchange/IMAP/POP
- Good knowledge of online meeting troubleshooting (Go To Meeting, Skype For Business etc.)
- Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP and Windows Operating systems.
- Knowledge of File server/Print server/WDS server.
- Experience of Asset management e.g. how to pull the software or hardware information from network.
