🧪 Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead the development of new shades by experimenting with dry powder pigments and formulations.
• Conduct shade matching on the lab roll mill, ensuring precision and consistency.
• Perform shade delta checking to achieve and maintain accurate color standards.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth implementation of new developments.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in RnD or shade development, having done B.Sc or CIPET.
• Basic understanding of pigments, color matching techniques, and lab equipment.
• A proactive and creative mindset with an eye for detail.
