Job Description
- Previous work experience as an AutoCAD Drafter
- Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software
- Excellent technical design skills A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components, and Interior space.
- Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications.
- Assist and coordinate with designers Ability to meet deadlines
- Management and organization of all Emergent CAD drawings.
- Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner
- Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits
- Seamlessly integrating and working with designers to produce and alter drawings.
- Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
- Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made
- Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to Designers, subcontractors, project managers, etc.
- Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
- A two-year degree in Computer Aided Drafting
- Minimum 3-year experience in a CAD Operator role preferably in High end Residencial spaces
- Ability to meet deadlines
