Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. Act as the main point of contact between the client and head office (Delhi), stationed at client's office in Bangalore.

2. Coordination with PMC, MEP, structural, and other key teams to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Lead on-site execution and monitor project progress to align with design and quality standers.

4. Provide regular updates and collaborate with the lead office team to maintain project timelines and objectives.

5. Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, and presentation tolls for design and project coordination.


Preferred candidate profile

1. 6 to 10 years of Architectural experience preferably in commercial and IT/ITes projects, ability to prepare good for construction drawings, co-ordination with consultants and strong site execution capabilities.

2. Proven ability to handle PMC, client interactions, and cross-functional team coordination.

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
