Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Design Engineers who are passionate about mechanical design and eager to contribute to innovative projects at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SOLIDWORKS or SOLID EDGE and should be a Mechanical or Production Engineer (Bachelor's or Master's). We are open to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience as well as fresh graduates with relevant project experience in competitions such as Formula SAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products related to aviation, defence, and material handling.

Utilize SOLIDWORKS or SOLID EDGE to create detailed designs and models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of design projects.

Ensure designs meet engineering standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Engage in continuous improvement efforts for existing products and new designs.

Work closely with production teams to support the transition of designs to manufacturing.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Experience: 1-3 years in design roles (freshers with strong extracurricular experience like Formula SAE are encouraged to apply).

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS or SOLIDEDGE is mandatory.

A thorough understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates should be willing to work on-site at our Navi Mumbai facility.

Outstation candidates are welcome but must be able to relocate immediately.

Accommodation will be provided by the company for the first 3 months (after which candidates are expected to arrange their own housing).

A strong passion for design and an understanding of engineering and design functions is essential.
