Hardware Engineering

• PCC, MCC, PDB Panels Design
• PLC & RIO panels Design
• Electrical engineering
• Knowledge of ESD & F&G system
• Siemens, L&T, Schneider Switch gear Knowledge
• Cable Scheduling & Cable laying on site supervising
• System architecture Design
• SLC Design
• Resource Management & team handling
• Knowledge onto different level of communication
• Project Management -Time line planning and execution
• Support to team members
• Hardware & software planning & designing
• Cross departmental coordination
• Should have experience of monitoring processes related to fabrication, Procurement, Quality,
• Should be well versed with applying TQM and Six Sigma processes or equivalent.
• Should be a team leader and decision maker. Management skills are a must.
• Capability to apply broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, by consistently taking the initiative to get things done
• Capability to update or modify working methods in your role by following defined procedures
• Interest and skill to collaborate with engineering functional teams
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity
• Dexterity to evaluate and recommend technical solutions based on standard or accepted technical practices
• E-plan Expert.
