Design Engineer

Job Title: Design Engineer - UFH and Ventilation Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer specializing in Underfloor Heating (UFH) and Ventilation Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and generating UFH and ventilation diagrams using AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or any relevant software. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design UFH and ventilation systems using AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or other industry-standard software.
• Generate detailed diagrams and schematics that meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and other engineers to integrate design solutions effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design reports and specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and standards to ensure cutting-edge design practices.
• Knowledge of Solidworks/ Inventor modelling and drafting is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing UFH and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or similar CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design engineering role focusing on UFH and ventilation systems.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
