- Study of customer specification / Drawings
- Checking the feasibility of parts Assemblies
- Preparing sheet metal models/Drawings for production
- Knowledge on sheet metal materials and manufacturing processes
- Preparing BOM for costing
- Releasing production drawings to shop floor and supporting CFT.
- Develop prototypes and validation against spec.
- Releasing of documents ECR/ECP ECN
- Working with suppliers Preparing specifications for Bought out items.
- Ability to Conducting meeting with customers / clients independently.
- Awareness in GD T
- Good communication skill Quick learner
- Having good problem-solving skills and attention to detailing
- Ability to understanding the complex designs and executing.
- Good leadership skills
- Preparing checking sheet metal models/Drawings for production
- Preparing checking BOM for costing
- Implementing ISO procedures
- Lead initiatives for continues improvements.
- Managing multiple projects from concept to validation
- Working with CFT, suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Providing technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
- Leading training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices within the team.
