Role & responsibilities

• Assisting Medical Superintendent on day to day activities
• Liaise with consultants, Para-medical staff and the administration to reduce patient complaints. Implements patient centric system across the hospital
• Ensures NABH Accreditation
• Academics

- Close coordination with departments of academics for accreditation of specialties with National Board of Examination (NBE).

- Ensuring compliances with the requirements of the NBE.

- Coordination in smooth operation of Library.

- To develop new professional and academic services for the hospital.

• Conducts Independent Ethics and IRB( Institutional Review Board) committees
• Co-chairs the Operations meeting held every day to discuss operational problems across all departments
• Implementation of MOs monthly duty Rosters
• Handling Medico legal Cases
• Floor Management & Resolution of Clinical issues for both IP and OPD patients
• Ensuring patient satisfaction and Grievance Redressal.
• Ensures timely Review of SOPs.
• Conducts Internal Audits
• Legal compliances and liaison with all the Government departments for smooth operations
• Handling all 2nd Opinion Matters.
• Handling all Outside Medication Approvals

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be Medical Graduate with MHA / MBA and should possess relevant experience in the field
