Job Description

1.Job Objective :-
Effectively lead, Improve & Sustain all Key Performance indices of Die Maintenance Group

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
Responsible for complete activities of DMG at Unit II.
Experience of Grinding ,CNC ,welding & Lathe machine , other machines in DMG .
Collaboration with central resource Tool room to ensure operational support & back up tools .
Ability to inspire and motivate team members, delegate tasks effectively, and provide
clear direction& lead team of 25~30 people .
Overall responsible for Improving and sustaining QPCDMS Parameters of DMG department.
TPM- Lead Tool management Pillar & support other pillars of plant .
Ensure Safety in DMG section & plant.
Responsible for Tool breakdown maintenance & support to operations.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
Bachelor of Engineering -Min 10~12 Years of hands-on experience in Die Maintenace Group -CNC/Lathe/Milling & Tooling. OR
Diploma in Engineering / Tool Design - Min 12~15 Years of hands-on experience in Die Maintenace Group- CNC/Lathe/Milling & Tooling
Important - Candidates handled same portfolio in HPDC -DMG will have Preference.

Sound in Soft skills
