Deputy Manager / Manager - Tender ( FLYASH Disposal)

Profile Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional who has good experience in Managing multiple Tenders or bids in the FLYASH Disposal management projects. The person will be responsible to identify various floating tenders for flyash disposal from various power plants across India and guide the team accordingly to participate, plan and forecast the new tenders as well.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation: Manage the end-to-end tendering process for Fly Ash management and disposal projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Bid Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of bid documents to develop competitive and cost-effective proposals.
Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage cost estimations and financial analyses to determine the feasibility and profitability of potential contracts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on environmental laws and guidelines related to Fly Ash disposal and ensure all bids comply with these regulations.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team responsible for the bid development process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends in Fly Ash management, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial and operational risks associated with bids and make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management concerning bid outcomes, market trends, and performance metrics

Desired Profile:
Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in tender management, bids, or project management focused on waste management, specifically Fly Ash disposal.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cost estimation and financial modeling, along with familiarity with environmental regulations concerning Fly Ash.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
