Assistant / Deputy Manager (Store)

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, effective team management, and achievement of sales goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Team Leadership:

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee performance and development.
• Foster a team-oriented, supportive environment.

Sales and Financial Performance:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with budget management and expense control.

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and we'll-maintained.

Merchandising and Marketing:

• Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Coordinate in-store promotions and events.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the store.

Safety and Security:

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
