Role & responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for Associate level of new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Track attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
Assist in arranging the employees details for PMS appraisals.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
2. Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for Associates
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company training policies.
3. Payroll & Compliance:
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate data for salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other legal obligations.
4. Workforce Planning & Coordination:
Support staffing and workforce allocation based on production demands.
Collaborate with production managers to meet manpower requirements.
5. General Administration:
Plant 5S and Safety as per Standard
Oversee office supplies, inventory management, and procurement activities.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and employee logistics.
Maintain administrative records, reports, and correspondence.
6. Safety & Welfare:
Ensure employee welfare facilities are well-maintained.
Support the implementation of workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
7. Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality.
Maintain compliance with TATF, EMS, OHSAS standards and other quality management systems.
