Job Profile with Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of various types of packaging machines and their components.
• Experience with safety standards and compliance regulations related to machinery maintenance.
• Familiarity with inventory management for spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to optimize machine performance.
• Attributes:
• Ability to lead a maintenance team effectively and coordinate maintenance activities across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in carrying out maintenance tasks.
• Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships for equipment servicing and parts procurement.
• Continuous improvement mindset, focusing on enhancing maintenance procedures and equipment reliability.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
