Role & responsibilities

Programme Management

• Preparation of micro-schedule for MEP works with sequencing between various vendors
• Regular tracking of the actual work done against the schedule to identify actual/ potential delays

Site Management 

• Manage sequencing of works and HO-TO process on site
• Monitor timely delivery of Contractor/ vendor supplied material on site.
• Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment 
• Support Design Coordinator to Issue RFIs to design consultants and timely closure of the and timely approval of shop drawings/ prototypes/ samples
• Manager testing and commissioning of systems at site prior to hand over

Quality Control

• Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs. MIRs and work WIRs on site on 
• Support in implementation of HSE measures and housekeeping
• Manage following of ITPs and adequate documentation of the inspection/ test reports
• Monitor rectification of defaults by the contractors

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma, B. Tech. or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, IT 
• Min 5 years of experience in construction management and site execution of MEP Low Side Work for a Hospitality / High end fitout projects
• Exposure in High Side Equipment installation , testing and commissioning
• Exposure in working with contracting firms, and project management organizations for a high-end fitout or hotel project.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills, able to lead contracting teams and develop constructive relationships with all stakeholders
• Eye for detail in hard finishes and knowledge of various finishing materials will be a plus
• Good communication skills. Ability to convey ideas in a concise and clear manner
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, able to create micro-schedules and coordinate various project activities. 
• Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
