Deputy Manager Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• To attend the hearing, Inspection, and prepare reply letter for show cause notice and ensure to close all the points/issues in stipulated time.
• To conduct Statutory Audits and ensure the compliance documents of contractors (Construction & Operations site) across South India.
• To Coordinate with Site Team and collect the attendance on daily basis to send the Manpower Report.
• To Prepare the required documents and coordinate with officials to obtain the new BOCW, CLRA & ISMW Licenses, Amendment & Renewals.
• Should have knowledge about Registration & filing of Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Annual Returns, Shops & Establishment, Policies, Insurances, Company Tax,etc.
• Must have good Knowledge about the Contract Labour Compliance, statutory approvals, ESI & EPF required for Construction projects & Operational sites.
• To Prepare and update Reports, Trackers & Check Lists etc on time.
• To Prepare the Statutory registers as per Shops & Establishment act for all SPVs across southern region.
• To Coordinate for liasoning activities with Govt Officials, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors and other stake holders.
• Supporting for HR Coordination
• Supporting for documents preparation for obtaining various approvals.
• Any other miscellaneous assignment given by Line Manager.
