- Senior Management Role at a BSE listed company with strong legacy and well-known brand in Cables and Wire Space.

- This is a leadership position and selected person would lead and mentor a team of professionals looking after following functions:

- Finance, MIS (Budgeting).

- Accounts & Taxation.

- Secretarial & Legal.

- Strategic Financial Planning.

- Banking.

- Investor Relations.

- The company is on a high growth path and the Chief Financial Officer will have to play a pivotal role in Business planning with cross functional teams in Production, Business Development and Marketing.

- The CFO will also be responsible for reporting to the Management Committee and Board of Directors and preparing necessary MIS & investor relations, etc.

- The position reports to the Managing Director and would be Key Management Person for the company.

- Experience Being a CFO or Senior Position in Finance in a listed manufacturing company.
