Software Development Engineer - Test - Manual/Automation Testing (6-9 yrs)

Role: SDET / QA Engineer

Exp: 6 -9yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hyderabad

Required Skills:

- You'll have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

- 6-8 years of overall experience in Testing (Manual & Automation)

- Hands-on experience in HCM application and Payroll management tools

- Good hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, cucumber, and Playwright tools.

- Good hands-on experience in SQL Queries and Joins (POSRGRES, Oracle, MongoDB)

- Knowledge of Java language to write the UI automation scripts.

- Good hands-on experience in POSTMAN

- Experience in Agile-Scrum Framework

- Knowledge of JIRA to manage the defect lifecycle.

- Experience in planning for the testing activities.

- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of the project based on the user stories.

- Good Communication skills, handle multiple stakeholders and get the requirements to work independently.

- Running the sanity checks, Functional test suits, Regression test suits.

- Provide User stories Demo's to the Business team and get the signoff.

- Prepare the test plan, Test strategy, and Test scenarios based on the inputs from the business team.

- Strong background with Manual testing(Functional testing. Regression testing, sanity testing, black box testing)

Responsbilities :

- As a software design engineer in test (SDET), you will design and build the automation frameworks that enable to test the large-scale, complex products offering to clients.

- Every day, you will work alongside a team of passionate, creative developers to understand the different use cases and complete sprints identified during scrum meetings to tackle problems and discover coding priorities.

- To thrive in this coding career, you'll need to be an expert in Java and enterprise Java with open-source tools, Java 8 or later (preferred language), SQL, You have experience building, testing, and training frameworks to support features in either an automation or machine learning capacity.
