SAP S/4 HANA Migration Expert (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire SAP S/4HANA and/or RISE migration project lifecycle, from planning and strategy to execution and go-live.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into a successful migration plan.

- Design and implement a comprehensive migration strategy, considering factors like system selection, data migration, and security.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA system configuration, including HANA database installation, SAP NetWeaver deployments, and user management (ADS, SSO).

- Migrate SAP PO systems from on-premise to the cloud environment.

- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure a seamless cutover to the new system.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users post-migration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP S/4HANA, RISE, and cloud migration best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation and migration projects.

- Proven experience in leading and managing complex SAP S/4HANA and/or RISE migration initiatives.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and deployment options.

- Expertise in SAP NetWeaver installation, configuration, and user management (ADS, SSO).

- Experience with SAP PO systems and cloud migration strategies.

- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
