Job Description
Be responsible for on boarding new channel partners for our key projects across Mumbai & activate maximum channel partners through strong relationship building & continuous efforts.
• Motivate channel partners to be aligned with company’s focus to liquidate projects and generate site visits through the Channel Partners thus ensuring that the business numbers are achieved.
• Be updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence, understand the target audience, build product features around the requirements and communicate accordingly.
• Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls.
• Leverage on a strong network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve set targets.
• Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners with the purpose of both engagement and empowerment to drive more business.
