Role & responsibilities

WhatsApp Marketing Integration:

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate WhatsApp with AI chatbots for marketing campaigns.
• Create automated workflows for customer engagement and lead generation on WhatsApp.

AI Chatbot Development:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbots for WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Train chatbots using NLP and machine learning models to improve conversational abilities.

WhatsApp Interface Development:

• Build user-friendly interfaces for WhatsApp-based tools and applications.
• Ensure seamless integration of WhatsApp APIs with existing systems.

AI Product Development:

• Collaborate with the team to develop AI-driven products and solutions for digital marketing.
• Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance client campaigns.

Testing and Optimization:

• Test AI models and chatbots for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Continuously optimize AI solutions based on user feedback and analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and chatbot platforms like Twilio, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

2. Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

3. Educational Background:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
