Service Engineer

• Equipment Maintenance & Servicing Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machinery operates optimally.
• Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.
• Installation & Commissioning Setting up new heavy machinery and ensuring its proper operation.
• Safety Compliance & Inspections Ensuring all maintenance work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
• Technical Support & Customer Assistance Providing on-site or remote support to machine operators and customers.
• Documentation & Reporting Maintaining service records, preparing maintenance reports, and documenting repair activities.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Management – Identifying necessary spare parts and ensuring their availability for repairs.
• Operator Training – Educating machine operators on correct operation, safety precautions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Software & Diagnostics Usage – Using diagnostic tools and equipment management software to identify and resolve issues.
• Field Service & Emergency Repairs – Attending breakdown calls and performing on-site repairs to minimize downtime.
