Laravel Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laravel Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications for Delostyle Studio and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel, strong backend development skills, and a passion for clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Development:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

API Development and Integration:

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Database Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize database structures using MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Write complex SQL queries and implement database migrations.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Ensure application functionality, security, and performance meet or exceed client expectations.

Collaboration and Agile Practices:

• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with Laravel updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Suggest and implement improvements for existing projects and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Laravel Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Laravel framework and PHP.
• Proficiency in MySQL and database design principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React (preferred).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of deployment processes and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or cPanel).

Preferred candidate profile :

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of Laravel packages like Passport, Sanctum, or Nova.
• Understanding of DevOps tools like Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
