Job: Dellner Group India (Dellner Bubenzer India)
Typical Reporting Line: CFO/Finance Manager Dellner group
Mission Statement: Together with the CFO, ensure the correctness of Books of Accounts and Timely reporting, including adhering to Statutory requirements.
Qualification: CA Inter / ICWA Inter / MBA Finance / M. Com with 15 years.
Main Accountabilities:
Accurate accounting and comply with local GAAP as well as Group guidelines.
Accurate financial reporting to headquarters in a timely manner.
Knowledge of TDS/GST and other statutory requirements for books of Accounts.
Ensuring the Correctness of costing and Margins for the products
Coordinate and work closely with other countries/subsidiaries of the company/group
Cash Management, drive Cash flow and improvement of Net Working Capital.
Monitor the performance of local entities and take actions to improve results.
Coordination with the auditors, both internal and external
Reconciliation of various accounts like AR/AP etc.
Responsible for on-time filing of all statutory requirements in India for the Group companies / Divisions.
Preparation of Annual Budgets in coordination with the CFO and Division
Preparation of variance analysis with respect to the budgets and Actuals.
Conversant with ECB / RBI norms / FEMA guidelines.
Any other work assigned from time to time
KEY Skills:-
Accounting local GAAP
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Dynamics is an added advantage
Strong skills in ERP / D365
Prior working experience in manufacturing organisation Preferable
Forecasting and Budget
10 - 15 years of experience
Fluent in English
Business ethics and transparency
Data analysis and interpretations
