Job Description
- Grow the team to support and anticipate client/business needs for our growing, global Magento Practice
- * Help define and continuously improve processes working with global, distributed delivery teams * Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and risks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- * Verify and validate the development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodology
- * Lead /Guide/Mentor team members comprising senior and mid-level * Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence teams in organizational structure, and analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role
- * Grow and retain top Magento talent; Grow practice expertise by placing an emphasis on Enterprise Magento custom development
Work Experience & Skills:
- * 12 - 15 + years of real-world experience of Magento Backend Development experience (developing modules and extensions for custom features, launching large-scale builds); with some Frontend experience
- * 3-4+ years experience leading technical teams
- * Experience in Architecting & Designing and Architecting Enterprise Applications
- * Experience with Magento Cloud Architecture and AWS / Azure / GCP
- * Hands-on experience with Magento custom integrations and the ability to quickly understand and speak to new solutions; Experience integrating with ERPs, CRMs, PIMs, etc
- * Experience / Strong Fundamentals with DevOps, Software Development Best Practices, and ProcessesEducational Qualification * * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related * Magento 2 Certification(s) - (Not Mandatory - Highly Desired)
