Executive - Finance (Account Payable)

Role & responsibilities

Invoice Processing:

• Handle end-to-end booking of import invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes.

Foreign Currency Payments:

• Process payments to foreign vendors, ensuring accuracy in foreign currency conversions.
• Coordinate with banks for timely remittance and documentation.

FEMA Compliance:

• Ensure all foreign payments adhere to FEMA regulations and RBI guidelines.
• Maintain and update necessary records for audit and statutory compliance.

System &Reporting:

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) for invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable and foreign currency transactions.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing of payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments like procurement and logistics to verify invoice details.
