Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze trends and present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Financial Systems & Process Improvement: Utilize and improve financial tools like Tally and ERP software, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns, while liaising with authorities and responding to notices.
- Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, provide necessary data, and enforce internal controls and SOPs for financial governance.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, borrowings, and credit facilities while maintaining treasury controls.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll processing, PF, ESI, and gratuity, and ensure timely payment of statutory obligations.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor the finance team, work with cross-functional teams, and support financial planning and decision-making.
Qualification:
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Proficiency in Tally,Payroll and financial reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in payroll management, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
