We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and manage Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to meet our business needs in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

1. Health Cloud Implementation and Management:

• Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to streamline patient management, healthcare workflows, and provider-patient interactions.
• Customize and configure Health Cloud features such as Care Plans, Care Gaps, and Patient Timeline to meet business requirements.
• Optimize the Health Cloud platform for usability, scalability, and performance.

1. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with third-party healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, telehealth, insurance platforms).
• Develop and implement automation solutions using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex to improve operational efficiency.

1. Data Management and Security:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards such as HIPAA while managing patient data within Salesforce.
• Manage data migration, transformation, and reporting to support business insights and decision-making.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver customized Health Cloud solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce Health Cloud.

1. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize workflows, and implement best practices for Salesforce Health Cloud use.
• Regularly evaluate and upgrade the platform to incorporate the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and updates.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 1+ year specializing in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
• Certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features and healthcare workflows.
• Expertise in Salesforce tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA, FHIR).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions on time.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and providing training.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud in healthcare use cases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Salesforce Analytics.
