Python Developer - Django Framework (1-3 yrs)

Job Overview :

We seek a highly skilled Python/Django Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing web applications using the Django framework. You will work on building scalable, robust, and high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable back-end services.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Develop, implement, and maintain APIs, both RESTful and GraphQL.

- Ensure the security, performance, and responsiveness of web applications.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems and applications.

- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to design schema and write queries.

- Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.

- Experience in building and maintaining web applications using Django ORM.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Understanding of authentication methods like OAuth2, JWT, etc.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization is a plus.

- Experience with unit testing and writing tests in Django.
