Mechanical Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings of machinery, and other mechanical devices in industries such as manufacturing.
• Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs, using measurements standards and best practices
• Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary
• Coordinate with Fabrication Team
• Review drawings and specifications to identify potential problems and suggest solutions

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D designs
• Sound Knowledge of Mechanical and Civil Drawings
• Be able to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement the best solution
• Have a basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• strong knowledge in mathematics, artistic ability, technical expertise
