Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process salaries using Spine Payroll Software and manual attendance.
• Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and handle employee queries.
• Assist with benefits, reimbursements, and statutory filings (EPF, ESI, TDS).
• Collaborate with HR for employee updates and with Finance for payroll reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting.
• Experience with payroll processing and Spine Payroll Software.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and attention to detail.
