AM/DM/Manager - NDT

Experience:-

• 12 to 18 Yrs. of experience in Piping Fabrication or Heavy Fabrication.
• Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business such as Piping Fabrication & Fittings.

Essential Qualifications & skills prerequisite: -

• Diploma or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University.
• PCN L-II in PAUT & TOFD and ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MPT, VT, PT.
• BARC Level - I & II
• Should be familiar with Piping material like Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless steel with their grades and specifications
• Able to understand & respond to functional and technical elements of customer requirement.
• Able to establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of Commercial aspects in Oil & Gas Power Sector.

CTC Range :- Depends upon the Qualification and Experience

Job Profile:-

• Preparing and reviewing Procedures as required and in conjugation with latest codes.
• Conducting Advanced Ultrasonic Testing of Piping, Structure, Pressure Vessel & Tubular Welds.
• Carry out PAUT Inspection on various thicknesses of process piping stainless steel and carbon steel joint • 2", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14,56”,64”,108” PAUT. Techniques.
• Carry out TOFD inspection on various type of vessel and structure welding.
• Inspection on Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Pressure Vessel & Mounted Tanks.
• Hands on experience in MPI & LPT for Pressure vessels, Structure & Piping.
• Prepare equipment and documentation necessary for the inspection.
• First option for all the client witness jobs and cleared mock-ups UT,PAUT & TOFD for all the main projects.
• Competently performed inspection of pressure vessels, mounted bullet tanks which improved significant quality compared to previously inspected, implemented different techniques on the welds and make sure welds are free from defects.
• To Play a key role in adding new revenue streams through implementation of strategic plans.
• On job training to LEVEL1 and LEVEL II.
• Co-ordinate with the third-party inspectors (mock up,data review,demonstration,reporting & documentation)
