What you ll achieve
As an Automation Tester , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications to ensure high-quality releases and software functionality. You, thrive in a team environment by making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Java, Python, or other languages commonly used with Selenium.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design effective test plans.
Review functional requirements and provide feedback on testability, risks, and coverage.
Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing for new features and enhancements.

Essential Requirements
Good 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages used in Selenium test scripts.
Test Automation Frameworks: Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG or others).
Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
Bug Tracking: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with other automation tools like Cypress or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of database querying (SQL) and ability to write test data scripts.
