Junior Backend Post-Sales Support & Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Post-Sales Support & Operations

Executive to join our team. This role combines post-sales customer support with backend operational responsibilities to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Sales Support:

* Handle customer queries and issues post-purchase via email, phone, or chat.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational problems efficiently.

* Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers to enhance satisfaction.

Daily Operations:

* Manage and update internal systems with order processing, inventory management, or service records.

* Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

* Assist in generating operational reports and analysing key metrics.

Collaboration:

* Work closely with the sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks & post-sales activities.

* Support team members in cross-functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in backend operations, customer support, or a similar role.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

* Good communication skills (verbal and written).

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
