Designation: Software Engineer React.js

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements into seamless and user-centric front-end experiences. Drive technical feasibility assessments of UX/UI designs.
• Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness. Implement performance monitoring and debugging strategies to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Design and build reusable components and libraries to enhance development efficiency, maintainability, and consistency across applications. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and enforce code quality standards, including linting, code formatting, and code reviews, to maintain a clean and maintainable codebase.

Preferred skills and experience:

• 4-7 years of proven experience in developing complex and high-performance front-end applications.
• Deep understanding of React.js, Nest.js, Graphql, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Problem solving skills.
• Extensive experience with advanced CSS programming, including preprocessors.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Experience with Node.js and MySQL is highly preferred.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and strong understanding of testing best practices.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and debugging techniques.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
