Debug Technician/Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Performs testing and examination of finished goods in order to identify and repair complex faults.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs testing and examination of finished goods in order to identify and repair complex Faults.
• Utilizes specialized equipment in order to perform detailed testing.
• Analyzes failure data received for testing equipment.
• Communicates findings to manufacturing and engineering teams for any process Improvements.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of structural Test and product process flow
• Able to understand Basic electronics concepts, Power supplies Basic Digital and analog circuits
• Able to understand Digital communication like RS232, LAN/ethernet, CAN, SPI, USB etc.
• Able to understand product Test specification, process flow, product functionality and Test methodology,
• able to read schematics and able to trace circuits and signal paths
• Good analytical skills and able to communicate in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and debug tools
• The quick learning ability of Technical concepts

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good Understanding of PCB Schematics.
• Able to understand Basic electronics concepts, Power supplies Basic Digital and analog circuits
• Able to understand Digital communication like RS232, LAN/ethernet, CAN, SPI, USB, etc.
