Specialist/Senior Specialist - DESIS Finance (Accounts Payable)

In this role, you will liaise closely with other teams and vendors to obtain invoices and resolve queries. You will communicate with multiple stakeholders and maintain documentation for internal and external audits. You will also manage the full accounts payable cycle, from entering invoices into the accounting system to executing pay runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, reconciling accounts payable transactions, and resolving discrepancies. You will handle per diem issuance for international travelers and coordinate with employees and the bank. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues. Furthermore, you will assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial operations.
