Electrical Engineer (10-15 Years)

Role & responsibilities

• Checking of lay out, levelling and surveying at the site.
• Checking of drawings and quantity survey.
• Ensuring that all materials used in work are as per specifications.
• Resolving technical issues with employers representatives.
• Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of contractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Monitoring quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing progress / other reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Preparation / Checking of bills.
• Preparation of extra items and deviation statements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of minimum 7 years in Building construction, Planning, Execution, Billing, Quality Control.
• Well versed with Government Building Specifications, DAR, DSR, Mode of Measurement, Material Testing Parameters.
• Well versed in Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress report.
• Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera & PowerPoint presentation.
• Good communication skills (verbal / written)
