AM Inside Sales - US Market (Evening Shift) -Gurugram

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of proven inside sales experience in the IT Services domain (including managed services, cloud computing, IT consulting, etc.) - US market
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and expert-level MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the lead generation process.
• Experience working with both SMB and enterprise clients.
• Candidate must have experience in US market.

Shift Time - evening shift (5:30 pm/ 6:30 pm till 2:30 am /3:30 am )
