Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities*

*Clinical Data Analysis:*

- Analyze clinical data to derive actionable insights.

- Identify trends and anomalies in dialysis data to inform decisions.

*Data Visualization & Reporting:*

- Develop dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

- Present insights to clinical teams and leadership for strategic planning.

*Operational Excellence:*

- Support clinical teams with healthcare terminologies and challenges.

- Implement AI-driven tools to advance healthcare analytics.

*Tool Utilization:*

- Leverage advanced Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.).

- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Co-Pilot, etc.) and data research platforms (Tableau, KNIME, Google Analytics).

*Continuous Learning:*

- Stay updated on healthcare analytics and AI trends.

- Approach problem-solving with curiosity and a proactive mindset.

*Collaboration:*

- Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.

- Contribute to clinical innovations and collaborative projects.

*Qualifications & Skills*

*Education:*

- Bachelors in Computer Applications, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.

- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or related tools is a plus.

*Experience:*

- Minimum 2 years in analytics

*Technical Skills:*

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced analytics tools.

- Skilled in Tableau, Power BI, and AI technologies.
