Perform tests such as Vibration, IP, ATEX, and other specified tests on products and materials. Record detailed test data, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
Operate and maintain testing equipment in adherence to safety protocols and calibration schedules. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure all testing procedures comply with relevant national and international standards (e.g., ISO, IEC). Stay updated on changes in standards and implement necessary adjustments in testing protocols.
Suggest improvements to enhance testing accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Participate in root cause analysis for any deviations or failures during testing.
Maintain accurate records of test setups, results, and observations. Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients as required.
Collaborate with clients to understand specific testing requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields).
Experience:
For Testing Engineer: 2 4 years of relevant experience. For Senior Testing Engineer: 5 8 years of relevant experience in testing and quality assurance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating testing equipment for vibration, temperature, humidity, and high-voltage testing.
Familiarity with IP, ATEX, and electrical safety standards.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
Certifications in Quality Testing or Standards Compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC 60529).
