Manage the Content Services team, including content writers, video creators/editors, a nurture/funnel writer, social media specialists, production designers, and web authors
Oversee team progress, set performance goals, and conduct regular check-ins.
Ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary resources and tools.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Lead team performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
You will also:
Oversee the intake of content and creative projects, ensuring clear communication and distribution of tasks to team members and timely communication to internal customer stakeholders
Prioritize and manage the workflow, balancing workloads across the team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
Utilize project management tools and methods to streamline the process and optimize team efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison between the India content team and other US-based managers, including Campaign Managers and Content Managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration and alignment
Work closely with marketing, product, and campaign teams to ensure content meets cross-functional needs and expectations and is aligned with company goals and marketing strategies.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and business objectives.
Regularly review and refine content processes to improve efficiency, creativity, and output quality.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Five or more (5+) years of management experience in content creation, project management, or creative team leadership
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), content development and collaboration platforms and AI toolsets.
Ability to manage geographically dispersed team in multiple time zones
Proficient use of the English language
Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational needs
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to foster a positive culture among teams
Adept in navigating change management, with strong decisiveness and problem-solving skills
