Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize various lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, ZoomInfo) to identify key decision-makers in target international markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to refine lead generation strategies based on trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls to initiate meaningful engagements.
- Qualify leads using predefined criteria and effectively communicate the value of IT services.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM with 100% adherence to data and timesheet updates.
- Meet a target of 6 qualified leads per month following the BANT checklist.
- Improve the lead qualification ratio by 10% QoQ.
- Ensure 90% accuracy in prospect intelligence recorded in CRM to enhance sales conversion.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably in the IT services sector targeting international markets.
- Total work experience of 3-4 years.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mandatory experience in international markets; preference for Singapore and Malaysia.
