We are hiring for customer service (outbound voice process). Candidates have to conduct surveys with the students regarding the courses they are pursuing & follow up with the course fees.

Qualification required- Graduate

Shifts - 9am to 6pm/10am to 7pm & Working days - Mon to Sat (Sun week off)

Work Mode - Work from office.

Location - Andheri, 10 mins walking distance from JB Nagar/Chakala metro station

Expected Skills of the candidates:

Excellent Communication skills They should be able to speak clearly and listen actively. Good verbal communication is essential for interacting with students and gathering accurate feedback. They should be fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading) and Hindi (Speaking , Listening)

Interviewing Skills Experience or training in conducting interviews can be valuable. They should know how to ask open-ended questions and follow up on responses to get detailed feedback.

Interpersonal skills, People friendly attitude They should be approachable and empathetic, making students feel comfortable sharing their honest opinions.

Presence of mind, Adaptability, Attention to details Accurate recording and noting of feedback are crucial. They need to be detail-oriented to ensure nothing is missed. Being able to adapt to different communication styles and deal with diverse student populations is important.

Organizational Skills They should be able to keep track of multiple Feedback, manage schedules, and organize feedback systematically.

Technical Skills Proficiency with a recording equipment and basic MS Excel, Microsoft Forms. This is essential for recording and managing feedback.
