Anaplan Developer - Immediate Joiners

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Anaplan Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in Anaplan, a deep understanding of financial and operational planning, and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
• Optimize existing Anaplan models for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Develop Anaplan dashboards, reports, and analytics to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Anaplan development, including model architecture, integration, and data management.
• Work with IT and business teams to integrate Anaplan with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models and data accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on Anaplan functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with Anaplan platform updates, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building and implementation.
• Strong understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, finance, and supply chain planning.
• Experience with Anaplan Connect, APIs, and integration tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data integration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required 

• Anaplan Certified Model Builder L1, L2 and L3 are  Mandatory
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is a Plus
