Sr. Data Scientist

FarmwiseAI is an AgriTech company leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize farm management, empowering farmers with data-driven insights for sustainable agriculture. We seek a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI/ML initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing ML models for predictive analytics and image processing, working with large agricultural datasets such as satellite and drone data, deploying models into production, ensuring scalability, staying updated on AI/ML advancements, and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates should have a Masters or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and at least 2 years in a leadership role. Technical skills required include Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), with GIS knowledge being a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
