As a full stack data scientist at Aganitha, you will bring to bear all your programming, data science and systems engineering skills to help discover medicines that will impact lives.

To qualify, you must possess basic understanding and passion for computing in scientific domains. Specifically, college level understanding and interest in Biology and/or Chemistry are mandatory requirements.

You must also have intermediate to advanced skill in two or more of the following areas:

1. Deep learning with PyTorch, and classical ML methods with Python scikit-learn
2. Full stack development with Python, React, GraphQL on Linux
3. Basic DevOps (Git, Make, Docker, Shell, Networking) skills
4. Data modelling, visualisation and analysis using both relational and NoSQL database platforms
5. Big data pipelining with Apache Spark
