- 4 to 6 years of experience, focused on Revenue Growth Management
- MLOps/ MLE experience
Business Knowledge:
- Experience in building Machine Learning models in Revenue Growth Management space
- Worked on revenue specific projects from ideation to delivery
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader business strategy
- Vendor management experience
- Strong knowledge of pricing (elasticity), revenue optimization, assortment, in-store activation, and promotions in FMCG/ FB domains
- Experience building price simulators and scenario planners
Technical:
- Knowledge of ML techniques such as - Linear/ Logistic Regression, Clustering, Gradient Boosting, Forecasting, Ensemble learning, etc.
- Created Data Pipelines, Automated ML workflow
- Strong understanding of data management principles - Data wrangling, Outlier/ Missing value treatment using Python/ R
- LLM/ Gen-AI (RAG) application
